Description

You will manage the Salesforce product lifecycle by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product features and prioritize the development backlog based on business needs and customer requirements.
• Gather detailed requirements through direct collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer support stakeholders.
• Maintain and refine a clear, concise product backlog to ensure development teams have actionable tasks.
• Collaborate with developers to provide guidance and resolve questions throughout the development process.
• Align all Salesforce development efforts with the overarching business strategy and objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within a Salesforce project or team.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience applying Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Proficiency in English (B2+/C1 level) for written and verbal communication.
• Functional knowledge of CRM applications and Salesforce.com concepts.
• General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credential.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), CSM, or PSM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
