Description

You bridge business requirements and technical delivery for core product features. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize, and document user stories for each release cycle.
• Analyze change requests for cross-product impact and translate them into technical requirements.
• Verify and supervise solutions during development and testing to ensure they meet agreed requirements.
• Support QA teams with bug identification, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Provide guidance to deployment, OCM, QA, and Operations teams regarding use case scope and business impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a business analysis or related role.
• Fundamental knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Review/Demo.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for user stories, change requests, and Kanban boards.
• Ability to translate complex business vocabulary into technical documentation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (commercial, medical, or compliance).
• Strong negotiation and influence skills within a decentralized matrix environment.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of territory management.
• Understanding of technology design for delivered solutions.
