Bridge business needs with Salesforce and ServiceMax technical execution in a global, regulated environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and refine business and technical requirements with Product Owners and SMEs, defining clear acceptance criteria within Agile frameworks.
• Lead offshore and remote teams to ensure deliverable clarity, adherence to best practices, and on-time task completion.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce and ServiceMax configuration, administration, and release management.
• Author, review, and execute test scripts for integration, regression, and UAT, collaborating with QA to promote automation.
• Investigate data and process issues, designing solutions that ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA, FDA, or SOX standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of direct Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or consultant in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven implementation and support of Salesforce Field Service and ServiceMax.
• Strong background in Service Cloud, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device, healthcare, life sciences) with HIPAA/FDA/SOX compliance knowledge.
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications required.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence, Quip, Microsoft Teams, ValGenesis.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong consulting presence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional and distributed global teams.
