Description

You will split your time between Salesforce administration (70%) and business analysis (30%).

Responsibilities

• Perform Salesforce administration tasks including Omni Channel setup and building Flows.
• Gather requirements and translate them into strong user stories.
• Manage deployments using VS Code.
• Collaborate with both business stakeholders and developers to deliver solutions.
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in building Flows.
• Experience deploying with VS Code.
• Strong requirement gathering skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Health Cloud.
• Experience building basic Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
