• Elicit and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and manage user stories within an Agile framework.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business terms for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project commitment and delivery.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve business process challenges.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically supporting Health Cloud projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Business Analysis methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Strong skills in writing and managing user stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
