Description

Drive end-to-end Salesforce project delivery by bridging business requirements with technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the sprint backlog and approve deployment release notes for project delivery.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and co-approve user stories in Jira.
• Oversee technical documentation by approving System Design Documents (SDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Direct defect and risk mitigation meetings while leading technical discussions on edge system integrations.
• Mentor technical analysts, architects, and developers, and manage team resource bandwidth and task assignments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce-related projects.
• Proficiency in Scrum Master responsibilities, including managing the Sprint Backlog.
• Experience with Lead Architect functions and providing technical oversight.
• Ability to answer technical questions regarding Salesforce architecture and functionality.
• Capability to explain complex BAU order process workflows to IT teams.
• Ability to identify when Enterprise Architects are required for project scope.
• Any graduate degree.
