Description

You bridge business needs and Salesforce technical delivery by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for implementations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce implementations with business stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to define solution requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Partner with architects to ensure proposed solutions meet documented requirements and support process redesign.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process maps, test scripts, and release notes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and CRM processes.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments and knowledge of SDLC.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to map business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
