Description

Drive functional requirements and solution delivery for Salesforce implementations, specifically within Revenue Cloud and Quote-to-Cash workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Translate client objectives into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document functional requirements for Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Serve as the primary functional interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Financial Services experience, preferably in Payments.
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce implementations, specifically Revenue Cloud.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and revenue operations.
• Knowledge of payment authorization, capture, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with integration requirements for payment gateways and ERPs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
