Description

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement Salesforce solutions for banking and wealth management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Analyze banking or wealth management processes, including onboarding, risk profiling, and client management.
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the requirements gathering and implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 2–7 years experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or Financial Services.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud).
• Proficiency with Salesforce tools: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, FSC Data Model.
• Ability to create detailed requirement documents and user stories.
• Strong understanding of banking or wealth management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
