Description

You will own the translation of complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce features and user stories.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlogs as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed feature and user stories.
• Manage Agile ceremonies and workflows using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing project progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of core Salesforce clouds, data models, and integration capabilities.
• Strong proficiency with MuleSoft for integration.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency in Jira for project management.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into clear, testable user stories.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
