Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Convert complex business requirements into detailed feature and user stories for development teams.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage backlog and ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage Jira for tracking progress, managing tickets, and maintaining visibility.
• Analyze and document core Salesforce data models and integration points.
• Collaborate on integration strategies involving tools like MuleSoft.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong proficiency with Jira for project management and tracking.
• Expertise in core Salesforce clouds and standard data models.
• Knowledge of integration capabilities, particularly MuleSoft.
• Ability to decompose high-level business needs into technical user stories.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing 3+ year tenure in similar Salesforce BA/PO roles.
