• Minimum 4-5 years BA experience, ideally on technical/software projects
• Ability to take abstract mappings/requirements, chase down details, & turn them into clear usable content
• Ability to understand & map complex business requirements
• Background in banking
• 4-5 years working in a support/BA role in banking
• Background in Salesforce
• Minimum 4 years working with Salesforce, ideally in Service Cloud
• Experience with Reports, Dashboards, Case Management
• Experience working on agile development teams & knowledge of agile practices
• Ability to gather requirements & write user stories for agile development projects
• Minimum 3 year supporting agile team/department
