Description

You will act as a cross-functional subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Document and design current and future Salesforce solutions to ensure effective project plan completion.
• Translate user needs into detailed functional designs, business process designs, and system requirements.
• Create and execute complex test scenarios and scripts while providing end-user training.
• Estimate costs and timelines for implementing complex enterprise-level solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and lead meetings to drive project tasks and communicate status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and Salesforce environments.
• Deep expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, objects, relationships, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Workflow rules.
• Experience executing platform changes using the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and identify system functional interdependencies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project documentation.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Velocity, Pardot, or integration skills.
• Familiarity with AppExchange products and solutions.
