You will act as a cross-functional subject matter expert, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements for the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
Document and design current and future Salesforce solutions to ensure effective project plan completion.
Translate business and user requirements into detailed system functionality requirements and functional designs.
Create and execute complex test scenarios and scripts while providing end-user training.
Estimate cost and time for implementing complex enterprise-level solutions.
Mentor junior staff and lead meetings to drive project tasks and communicate status.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in business analysis and Salesforce CRM execution using SDLC.
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflow rules, and Process Builder.
Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning components and page layouts.
Experience working within Scrum, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
Hands-on use of Jira and Confluence for requirement management.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and author functional and business process designs.
Strong ability to identify system and functional interdependencies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce Velocity, Pardot, and integration skills.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
