Description

Act as the primary liaison between internal end users and technical developers to drive commercial operations and business process excellence in a regulated environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document user requirements and oversee end-to-end testing execution.
• Optimize commercial operations through technical expertise in Salesforce and Conga CLM.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives within a regulated industry.
• Manage change management and communication workflows across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business roles involving contract lifecycle management technology.
• Technical expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Hands-on experience with Conga CLM.
• Proven ability in user requirement documentation and testing oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience working within regulated industry environments.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in SFDC or Conga CLM.
• Training or certification in Agile or PMP methodologies.
