Description

You will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Document and design current and future Salesforce solutions to ensure effective project plan completion.
• Translate business and user requirements into detailed system functionality requirements and functional designs.
• Create and execute complex test scenarios and scripts while providing end-user training.
• Estimate cost and time for implementing complex enterprise-level solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and lead meetings to drive project tasks and communicate status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and Salesforce CRM execution using SDLC.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflow rules, and Process Builder.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning components and page layouts.
• Experience working within Scrum, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on use of Jira and Confluence for requirement management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
