Description

You will define and manage requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem, administering the CRM while configuring Oracle CPQ for quote-to-order processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce CRM, managing data integrity, reporting, and security models.
• Configure Oracle CPQ and manage end-to-end quote-to-order processes.
• Execute data migration activities and perform audit and compliance checks.
• Define and manage business requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expertise working in Salesforce and CPQ environments.
• Familiarity with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and global deployments.
• Experience with integration and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Business Analyst methodologies, Salesforce, Data Management, and CPQ.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification.
