Description

You will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations and technical implementation to support business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify backend templates for transactional email, push, SMS, and letters.
• Configure personalization variables using AMPScript and validate Data Extension mappings.
• Support journey and triggered send configuration, testing, and monitoring.
• Analyze business requirements, document workflows, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform system and data analysis using SQL and statistical techniques to identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business systems or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills for data and system analysis.
• Proficiency with SOAP UI API and interpreting API specifications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and AMPScript basics.
• Experience using Workfront, ADO, or Jira for project management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and presentation software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to SMS and Push channels.
