Description

Act as a Salesforce Business Analyst focusing on Health Cloud implementations within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows and business processes using specialized mapping software.
• Engage with senior leadership to gather requirements and manage changing priorities.
• Collect and verify technical documentation to ensure conformance with established standards.
• Document processes clearly for users at all learning levels.
• Assess the accuracy of detailed information and escalate issues to leadership.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using workflow and process mapping software.
• Experience with Data and Business Intelligence tools.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
