You will act as the liaison between business needs and technical solutions within a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data models, APIs, and system integrations to define requirements.
• Create wireframes, process maps, and comprehensive system documentation.
• Translate complex healthcare business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in healthcare or digital health.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to interpret Data Models and APIs.
• Experience with Business Analyst practices.
• Proficiency in creating documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
• Any Graduate degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience in Care Management, Population Health, or Value-Based Care programs.
