Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in healthcare or digital health.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to interpret Data Models and APIs.
• Proficiency in creating documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
• Strong background in Business Analyst practices.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience in Care Management, Population Health, or Value-Based Care programs.
