Job Responsibilities:
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Gathers requirements from business units and translate raw requirements into user stories, develop/maintain end to end business processes flows and story maps. Prepare use case scenarios and wireframes for enhanced UX. Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Supports one or more highly complex business processes. Works on multiple projects as a project team member Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Facilitate alignment between Business, IT, and Executive leadership. Manage competing priorities and drive consensus across merging organizations. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with Admins, Developers, Architects, and PMs to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. Support UAT planning, test case creation, and execution. Validate that delivered functionality meets business needs and acceptance criteria. Provide training materials, documentation, and change management support. Integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with other tools and applications that include but not limited to : Backoffice Integrations, Looker for reporting, Eloqua/Marketo, Definitive apps, MDM, Outlook Integrations, Sales Territory management and Maps.
Deliverables includes Current-state documentation (process maps, system inventory, data model comparison),Future-state process designs, Requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs),Data mapping & field rationalization matrix,
Security model alignment documentation, Integration impact assessment, UAT test scripts & execution support, Training materials & change management documentation, Cutover readiness checklist.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred 10+ years of Salesforce business analysis experience required. Knowledge of Salesforce tools , security model are essential (in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions). Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage. Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details. Ability to increase operating efficiency by producing high quality technical solutions. A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level. Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.
Experience merging two or more Salesforce orgs into a unified instance. Understanding of data migration, deduplication, and master data management. Experience rationalizing conflicting processes, fields, and automation.
Candidates with several Salesforce certifications and badges are preferred
