Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with company goals.
• Assess current implementations to identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into effective solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead, coach, and manage risk escalation for teams achieving business goals.
• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, workflows, and configurations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, strategy, or consultancy.
• Experience acting as a Salesforce Architect or functional expert.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze business needs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage risk.
• Experience training and supporting users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
