Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between business needs and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate client business requests against Salesforce capabilities.
• Support the development and optimization of the Agent Force Salesforce platform, including POC participation.
• Guide the team toward scalable solutions by providing Salesforce subject matter expertise.
• Assist with data governance, including user access management and cleaning nearly 10 million contact records.
• Bridge the gap between legacy Salesforce configurations and modern Lightning capabilities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and capabilities.
• Proven ability to work in complex Salesforce environments with legacy and modern components.
• Skilled in assessing and validating business requests within the Salesforce framework.
• Experience managing data cleanup, governance, and user access.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning transition projects.
• Experience balancing technical debt with new capability implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agent Force in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications and knowledge of best practices.
