Description

Translate business requirements into technical IT specifications using Salesforce best practices and a low-code/no-code approach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews to gather and document requirements for various initiatives.
• Design, configure, test, and administer Salesforce solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop user stories and participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers on technical design reviews and solution implementation.
• Document and assign defects identified during functional, regression, and load testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Analyst, Admin, or Developer.
• 3 years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience, specifically with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
• 4 years of experience in Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• 4 years of Project Management experience.
• 3 years of experience with customer relationship management processes and systems.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce standard functionality, custom objects, workflow rules, and user profiles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector (formerly Vlocity) and Capado.
