Description

Serve on the Salesforce Leadership Team, driving technical execution and platform strategy for the Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level architecture and technical solutions that balance custom development with out-of-the-box functionality.
• Conduct ongoing environment and platform health assessments to ensure system stability.
• Lead technical initiatives within an Agile environment.
• Communicate complex architectural decisions to stakeholders across all levels of business and IT.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and high-level architecture.
• Proven experience in hands-on Salesforce development.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally for workshops in Richmond, VA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure.
