Description

You will lead change management initiatives for large-scale Salesforce implementation and IT transformation projects. You partner with Project Managers to deliver transformation goals and manage the people side of change. You develop change management approaches, plans, and vision statements. You execute change impact assessments and create training materials and content. You design and implement communication plans focused on the change, its impact, and new ways of working. You drive adoption through engagement activities and track success metrics, such as 80% usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for large-scale Salesforce and IT transformation projects.
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver transformation program goals and manage the people side of change.
• Develop change management approaches, plans, and vision statements.
• Execute change impact assessments and create training materials and content.
• Design and implement communication plans focused on the change, its impact, and new ways of working.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading change management for large IT transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels, including leadership and external communities.
• Expertise in Change Management, Organizational Development, and Management Consulting.
• Experience with EIA (Enterprise Impact Assessment).
• Ability to influence without authority and manage change programs using project management principles.
• Understanding of human behavior, employee engagement, and the change curve.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in psychology or similar people-oriented disciplines.
