Description

You lead change management for large-scale Salesforce and IT transformation projects, owning the people side of change to drive adoption and deliver program goals.

You will partner with Project Managers to develop change approaches, plans, and vision statements. You execute Enterprise Impact Assessments (EIA), create training materials, and design communication plans focused on new ways of working. You drive user adoption through engagement activities and track success metrics, such as 80% usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for large-scale Salesforce and IT transformation projects.
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver transformation goals and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Develop change management approaches, plans, and vision statements.
• Execute change impact assessments and create training materials and content.
• Design and implement communication plans focused on the change, its impact, and new ways of working.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading change management for large IT transformation projects.
• Expertise in Change Management, Organizational Development, and Management Consulting.
• Experience with Enterprise Impact Assessment (EIA).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels, including leadership and external communities.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage change programs using project management principles.
• Understanding of human behavior, employee engagement, and the change curve.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.

Preferred Skills

• Background in psychology or similar people-oriented disciplines.
