You will design and implement CLM solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze the existing SFDC ecosystem to provide functional analysis and process impact reviews for CLM rollouts.
Design and configure Apttus modules to meet specific business requirements.
Create functional specifications and present Proof of Concept or Conference Room Pilot sessions to stakeholders.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing testing scripts and coordinating defect resolution with offshore teams.
Collaborate with development teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and support post-deployment issue resolution.
Required Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience as an SFDC and CLM Solution Architect.
Proven expertise in Apttus/Conga CLM tools.
Experience with at least two full-lifecycle SFDC/CLM implementations on medium to large scale projects.
Deep functional knowledge of Quote-To-Cash, Configuration, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes including redlining, negotiation, and approval workflows.
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Mandatory certification in Apttus/Conga CLM and either SFDC Administrator or Developer.
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
Strong technical documentation and presentation skills using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
Ability to work across on-site and off-shore teams to deliver functional designs.
