Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Contract Lifecycle Management solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to streamline business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing SFDC ecosystem to provide functional analysis and process impact reviews for CLM rollouts.
• Design and configure Apttus modules to meet specific business requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
• Present Proof of Concept or Conference Room Pilot sessions to stakeholders using MS Visio and PowerPoint.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing testing scripts and coordinating defect resolution with offshore teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and support post-deployment issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SFDC and CLM Solution Architect.
• Proven expertise in Apttus/Conga CLM tools.
• Experience with at least two full-lifecycle SFDC/CLM implementations on medium to large scale projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of Quote-To-Cash, Configuration, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes including redlining, negotiation, and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Mandatory certification in Apttus/Conga CLM and either SFDC Administrator or Developer.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
