Description

You will design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform using no-code and low-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud communities, portals, and sites to meet business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Automate business processes and enhance user experiences using Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
• Train end-users on low-code tools and provide technical documentation to ensure platform proficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Experience Cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud and Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools including Flow and Process Builder.
• Experience using Lightning App Builder.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical language to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to conduct user training sessions.
• Any Graduate degree.
