Description

You will own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including complex integrations and authentication protocols.
• Own end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, covering data modeling, migrations, data quality, and third-party application integrations.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions to define requirements for new projects and future enhancements.
• Set development best practices, compile internal guidelines, and provide oversight on QA efforts to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage technical change management and CI/CD release processes for all Salesforce-related technology efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing and permitting.
• Proven experience in at least two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.
• Advanced programming skills in Apex, Force.com, Java, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow Builder, and Visual Flow Pages.
• Experience migrating legacy Workflow rules and Process Builder to Flow Builder.
• Demonstrated success implementing Batch Apex, Apex triggers, and Apex classes.
• Proficiency with Conga Composer for document generation and Own (formerly OwnBackup) for data seeding and recovery.
• Deep understanding of web services, REST services, and enterprise data transport technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level.
