Description

You will lead the end-to-end technical execution of Salesforce programs, owning the full lifecycle from design through implementation and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication strategies.
• Define and manage technical change management and CI/CD release processes using Azure DevOps.
• Lead data migrations, systems integrations, and custom development efforts.
• Assess architecture to provide secure technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud and the Salesforce development lifecycle using SFDX.
• Strong programming foundation in Apex, Force.com, .Net, and Java.
• Proven experience implementing Batch Apex and Schedule Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience leading technical workstreams for at least two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of web services, relational database structures, and data transport in enterprise environments.
• Experience with data migration, cloud integration, and Life Cycle Services (LCS).
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, C#, and the .Net framework.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
• Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 and Azure licensing/costing.
