Description

You will lead the technical implementation of Salesforce Service and Manufacturing Clouds, owning the design, configuration, and deployment of features to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify Manufacturing Cloud capabilities to solve specific business problems and prioritize out-of-the-box functionality over custom code.
• Lead technical design and configuration of Salesforce features, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage the product backlog and define sprint scope alongside product owners.
• Document requirements, create process flows, and manage detailed Jira tickets for tracking.
• Manage client calls and collaborate across multiple teams for end-to-end implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Permission Sets, email alerts, and security settings.
• Experience managing requirements and leading client calls.
• Proficiency with Jira for task and backlog management.
• Ability to work across multiple teams for end-to-end implementation and design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing Salesforce administration work practices and user guides for post-go-live support.
