Description

You design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, configuring data streams, DMOs, DLOs, and identity resolution rules to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
• Create calculated insights, segments, and activation targets.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds alongside external applications.
• Develop automation using Flow, Apex, APIs, and Platform Events.
• Optimize data quality, performance, governance, and security while troubleshooting production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution, and Activations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with CRM and external systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform development: Flows, Apex, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification or related credentials.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Customer 360.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
