Description

You will design and maintain scalable Salesforce architecture strategies across Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, and Community Clouds. You will translate stakeholder requirements into robust technical solutions, overseeing platform administration, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure stability and performance. You will provide technical oversight, conduct code reviews, and guide developers and administrators. Your work will include implementing security best practices, managing data modeling and deduplication, and building customer-facing interfaces using the Lightning Framework.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Oversee platform administration, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure stability and performance.
• Provide technical oversight, code reviews, and guidance to developers and administrators.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry and internal security policies.
• Manage data modeling, deduplication, and DML operations while adhering to governor limits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and technical consultancy.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, DML, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience building Lightning Components via Lightning App Builder.
• Competence in database modeling and data management.
• Foundational knowledge of Java, C#, and .NET.
• Practical understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques.
• Ability to design customer-facing interfaces and custom Lightning components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and maintaining sites hosted on Force.com or Site.com.
