Description

Lead the architecture and technical direction for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations while managing daily support and long-term platform operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design cohesive project strategies and technical solutions for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Manage daily support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform instance.
• Coach and mentor development teams, establishing best practices for operations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Adapt technical approaches to meet changing project requirements and customer objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software operations and development experience.
• 5 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) application support experience.
• 3 years of SFCC development experience.
• Active Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification.
• Experience in B2C retail ecommerce, including site merchandising, reporting, site search, and campaign/promotions management.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce domains: PIM, OMS, CRM, and branded content site integration.
• Proficiency in web technologies: JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, SOAP, and AJAX.
• Experience with multi-system integration and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
