Lead the architecture and design of complex end-to-end e-commerce solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and reliable e-commerce architectures for product, order, and inventory flows.
• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and technical configurations, customizations, and interfaces.
• Lead project discovery workshops and create detailed development estimates and design documentation.
• Mentor developers, partners, and customers through the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews of code and design artifacts to ensure best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total professional experience with 5+ years focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B/B2C).
• Proven track record of delivering at least 5 medium to complex commerce implementations.
• Active Salesforce Commerce Cloud Certification and Salesforce Admin/Platform Dev Certification are required.
• Expertise in SFCC, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, XML, and jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases including Microsoft SQL and Oracle, including SQL commands and procedures.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, .NET, and SOA.
• Proficiency with build tools like ANT and Maven, and source control such as Subversion or Mercurial.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams in an onsite-offshore model.
• Ability to work within agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of corporate retail environments.
• Experience with batch file scripting.
