You will act as a Business Analyst driving B2C implementations for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather requirements, map processes, and define functional specifications.
• Design and implement B2C business process flows within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage end-to-end testing for Salesforce Order Management and Commerce Cloud integrations with ERP systems like Oracle EBS.
• Execute Agile tasks including user story creation in Jira, triaging, and sprint support.
• Configure product catalogs, accounts, customer setups, and pricing models.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an eCommerce Business System Analyst with Salesforce platform implementation.
• 1+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience in Salesforce Order Management Systems and O2C business flows.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C and Salesforce Order Management B2C.
• Proven ability to manage payment integrations with third-party processors.
• Knowledge of patching and upgrade processes for Salesforce Order Management.
• Experience performing functional and integration testing with Oracle EBS.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud or OMS certification.
• Experience with Salesforce POS applications and system integrations.
