You will manage the daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform instance while driving long-term improvements.
Responsibilities
Maintain the Salesforce platform instance and conduct long-term operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and developers to design cohesive project strategies.
Manage site merchandising operations, including reporting, site search, and campaign and promotions management.
Lead a team of at least ten members and handle direct client interactions.
Integrate branded content sites with ecommerce domains such as PIM, OMS, and CRM.
Required Skills
8+ years of software operations experience.
6+ years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application support experience.
Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Must hold one of the following: Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect, Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer, Certified Demandware Developer, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud Digital Developer.
Strong background in Retail/B2C ecommerce and multi-system integration.
Proficiency in JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript scripting languages.
Experience with DHTML, SOAP, and AJAX.
Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills.
