Description

You will own the daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform while driving long-term technical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Salesforce platform instance to ensure compatibility with evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to design cohesive project strategies.
• Manage a team of ten members and handle direct client interactions.
• Execute proactive technical adjustments in response to changing project objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software operations.
• 6+ years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) application support.
• Active Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification.
• Proficiency in SFCC, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with DHTML, SOAP, and AJAX.
• Proven track record in multi-system integration.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce domains: PIM, OMS, CRM, and branded content site integration.
• Experience in B2C ecommerce site merchandising, reporting, site search, and campaign management.
