Description

You will manage the daily support, maintenance, and long-term improvement of Salesforce platform instances while leading a team of at least ten members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce platform instances to ensure compatibility with evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to design cohesive project strategies for retail and B2C ecommerce operations.
• Manage a team of at least ten members, ensuring alignment with client objectives and customer success.
• Execute multi-system integrations and support site merchandising, reporting, site search, and campaign management.
• Communicate directly with clients to define project goals and resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software operations.
• 6+ years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) application support.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, SOAP, and AJAX.
• Domain expertise in PIM, OMS, CRM, and integrating branded content sites.
• Proven experience in multi-system integration.
• Strong organizational, planning, and client interaction skills.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail/B2C ecommerce, including site merchandising and promotions management.
