Description

You will manage Salesforce Commerce Cloud operations and lead a technical team in a retail B2C environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage site merchandising operations, including reporting, site search, campaigns, and promotions.
• Oversee multi-system integrations involving PIM, OMS, and CRM platforms.
• Lead and manage a technical team of at least ten members.
• Drive client interactions and technical communication.
• Maintain and support Demandware/SFCC applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software operations experience.
• 6+ years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application support.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) certification.
• Deep expertise in the e-commerce domain, specifically integrating branded content sites.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and DHTML.
• Experience with JavaScript scripting languages, SOAP, and AJAX.
• Proven experience in multi-system integration.
• Ability to manage large teams and direct client engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in B2C retail e-commerce environments.
