Description

Manage support, maintenance, and minor enhancement engagements for Salesforce CRM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve simple, medium, and complex incidents and complete Jira user stories.
• Act as Scrum Master by hosting scrum calls and sprint planning sessions.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to the India offshore team on Salesforce issues.
• Coordinate directly with clients to provide solutions for major technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce environments.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proven ability to function as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working with Jira for user story management.
• Experience managing offshore team coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.
