Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and create design documents based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Conduct gap analysis and prepare Functional Requirements (SRS) and Use Case documentation.
• Build prototypes using Salesforce declarative tools and manage configurations.
• Lead offshore development, configuration, and testing teams in a distributed environment.
• Manage Salesforce CRM roadmap planning and solution architecture.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4-5 Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud implementations lasting at least 6 months each.
• Proficiency with SFDC objects, configurations, and administration essentials.
• Mandatory Salesforce ADM201 certification.
• Mandatory Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours for early-morning or late-evening calls.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience Cloud certification.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and Web Services.
• Healthcare domain experience.
