You will design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet complex stakeholder requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Manage base customizations including record types, objects, page layouts, macros, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure security models, Lightning framework components, apps, and consoles.
• Execute metadata migrations via CI/CD from sandbox to higher environments.
• Document requirements, test cases, and UAT plans to drive stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configurations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce products and core functionality.
• Experience managing complex Salesforce orgs.
• Hands-on experience with integrations and managed packages.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Record Pages.
• Experience with CI/CD processes for metadata migration.
• Ability to work within aggressive project timelines and across different time zones.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator credential.

Preferred Skills

• Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Developer certifications.
• Experience with Omni Channel (Skill Based Routing) and Knowledge Management.
