Description

You will develop, maintain, and administer customized Salesforce solutions to meet business and client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and solution frameworks using a process-driven approach.
• Provide system administration, managing user permissions, security settings, and custom objects.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and developers to design development, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Debug and resolve production issues and system defects.
• Maintain existing Salesforce instances, ensuring compatibility with evolving requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant Salesforce work experience.
• Expertise in Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security model.
• Proficiency in Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Lightning Design System.
• Experience with Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Assignment Rules.
• Ability to build integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Salesforce metadata APIs, deployment methodologies, and code coverage.
• Experience applying architectural principles to integrate enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS Services.
