Description

You will own the end-to-end development and architecture of Salesforce enterprise solutions. You drive low-level and high-level design, ensuring modular, reusable, and loosely coupled code. You build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrating with Java-based enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications.
• Champion best practices including separation of concerns, high cohesion, and modular design.
• Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and technical design prior to sprint grooming.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing and timely delivery of features.
• Maintain technical documentation to support operations and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2).
• Strong understanding of OAuth, Async processing, and integration patterns.
• Ability to guide and influence teams on leveraging best practices.
• Experience with object-oriented enterprise applications (e.g., Java).

Preferred Skills

• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in CRM architecture and thought leadership.
