Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, profiles, and permission models.
• Support Sales Cloud and Salesforce services implementations, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Coordinate integrations and data-related activities with technical teams while maintaining data quality and platform governance.
• Prepare solution documentation, test scenarios, deployment plans, and user enablement materials.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 6 years of relevant Salesforce consulting or implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to analyze CRM requirements and design maintainable Salesforce configurations.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, data model, automation, and platform governance.
• Experience supporting integrations, testing, releases, and user adoption activities within Salesforce environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning development.

Education: Any graduation degree from a recognized institution
