Description

You will serve as the technical lead for full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and enterprise business information systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy software solutions using the Salesforce.com API framework and third-party APIs.
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and complex object customizations including validation rules and page layouts.
• Develop test scenarios, execute unit and system testing, and document all technical results.
• Mentor technical resources and establish engineering standards, best practices, and system recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, domain experts, and software engineering teams within Agile Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Apex, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Declarative Programming, custom objects, Lightning pages, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API.
• Experience building Salesforce Communities and utilizing Salesforce Maps.
• Proven track record in at least one full lifecycle implementation in a senior development capacity.
• Experience implementing complex application security requirements and information protection standards.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and end-user training guides.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Project, Visio, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP IT application lifecycles.
• Willingness to travel to unanticipated client locations.
